Contact Prep Gear HQ
Send the details needed to answer your question.
Use email for publication questions, specific corrections and project inquiries. There is no product-order or booking form on this page.
Include Prep Gear HQ in the subject so the request can be matched to the right publication. For a correction, include the page address, the statement at issue, why it may be inaccurate and a current supporting source.
Project and documentation questions
Describe the document or operational question and identify the relevant guide. Redact account numbers, customer information and other sensitive records before sharing an example. A publication inquiry is not an order acceptance or a legal determination.
Keep sensitive information private
Do not email payment-card details, passwords, security codes, government identification, medical information or unnecessary personal records. A short description is usually enough to identify the next question.
