Destination Compliance Review Basics
A repeatable checklist for reviewing whether a product can be offered or shipped to a destination.
Check current sources
Rules can change quickly and may differ by state, county, and city. Consult current official materials and qualified counsel rather than relying on old summaries or another seller’s policy.
Review the product
Consider cannabinoid profile, total-THC method, product format, age restrictions, packaging, labeling, testing, and licensing. Flower and inhalable products may face different requirements than other hemp goods.
Record the decision
Save the source, review date, reviewer, product scope, and outcome. Recheck when laws, batches, formulations, or destinations change. A catalog disclaimer does not replace operational controls.
