Flower Storage and Inventory Rotation

Reduce quality loss with controlled storage, clear receiving records, and first-in-first-out rotation.

Control the environment

Store sealed inventory away from direct light, heat, and large humidity swings. Avoid unverified humidity claims and follow supplier packaging instructions. Separate quarantined, accepted, and returned inventory.

Label every lot

Record the product name, internal SKU, supplier lot, received date, COA reference, quantity, and storage location. Never combine lots in a way that breaks traceability.

Inspect routinely

Use a written schedule to check seals, odor, visible condition, weight discrepancies, pests, and package damage. Escalate unusual findings and do not distribute inventory that no longer matches acceptance standards.
